Gantz Park is a fully enclosed ranch with a lodge, an elk herd, a bass pond, walking trails, and a variety of habitat that includes grassland and riparian thickets of hackberry, elm, willow, and cottonwood. Blue-gray Gnatcatchers, flickers, Red-headed Woodpeckers, and a wonderful vulture roosting area behind the bass pond provide excellent birding and photographic opportunities. Elk hunts may also be scheduled on the ranch.
